Saadullah Tahir is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He has successfully handled cases before the High Courts and Lower Courts, including the Accountability Courts established under the National Accountability Ordinance of 1999. He also regularly appears before other fora such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the Insurance Tribunal.
Saad’s diverse client base spans financial institutions, CEOs and Presidents of both private and public sector companies, private corporations, and state-owned entities. His expertise extends beyond litigation to structuring complex transactions, drafting contracts for local and international clients, and advising start-ups on regulatory compliance, corporate structure, financing, and intellectual property rights.
Before founding Mirza & Tahir, Saad gained valuable experience at top institutions. He began his legal career at one of Pakistan’s largest litigation law firms and later served as a law clerk at the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, where he worked closely with former Chief Justice Mr. Justice (r) Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
